Our team is headed up by Safa Zahedi, who is an internationally profiled corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience with leading international law firms and in-house. He has practised in both the UK and Singapore and specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures.

His clients include a broad range of technology giants, tech unicorns, high-growth startups, funds and multinational corporations. Safa was a commended M&A/TMT lawyer in the “Local Firm” and “Foreign Firm” categories of the Legal 500 between 2016 and 2019 and was ranked Band 1 by Chambers in 2023. He also assisted with authoring The Practical Law Company’s series on “Cross Border Acquisitions” for the Singapore 2011 edition and is both Singapore and English qualified.

Prior to founding N8 Law he worked in the Singapore office of a Magic Circle firm and subsequently co-founded Herbert Smith Freehills’ Singapore alliance firm and NOVA8, a leading alternative legal services provider for the APAC region.

Pooja Sinha is the Head of International Finance (Registered Foreign Lawyer) at N8 Law. She is an internationally profiled finance lawyer with more than 15 years of experience with leading international law firms and in-house. She has practised in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and India and is a finance specialist with experience in cross-border capital markets transactions, bank and fund-led loan facilities, venture debt deals and debt restructurings. She also has experience in fund formations and fundraisings involving the use of digital tokens.

Her client list includes bulge-bracket investment banks, funds, corporates and a variety of financial services intermediaries.

Prior to joining N8 Law, Pooja worked in the London/Singapore offices of 2 Magic Circle firms and a leading US law firm. She subsequently practised at boutique international and local law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong.
